Shipping

Every piece is made fresh when you order it. Here's exactly what to expect after you hit checkout.

Fulfillment

Every item is made to order and fulfilled within 2–5 business days, Monday through Friday.

Domestic (US)

Standard delivery 3–5 business days after fulfillment. Free over $75. Express options available at checkout.

International

Worldwide delivery 10–20 business days after fulfillment. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your package is on the way.

Order Status

Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. If it's been more than 7 business days and you haven't received tracking, please contact us.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, reach out within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

Address Changes

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because every order is made to order, we can only update an address within 2 hours of placement — after that, it's locked in for fulfillment.
